To secure a booking:
Select a date and provide details about your event.
We’ll discuss your desired menu, guest count, and any dietary needs.
Once the menu and pricing are confirmed, a deposit will secure your booking.
2. What is included in the private chef service?
Menu planning and customization based on your preferences.
Ingredients shopping and preparation of all dishes.
Cooking and serving during the event.
Kitchen clean-up after the meal.
Note: Plates, cutlery, glassware, and drinks are not provided.
3. How far in advance should I book?
It’s best to book at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy periods. For larger events or unique requests, booking even earlier is recommended.
4. Do you cater to dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes, I am happy to accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or specific allergies. Please inform me during the planning stage to ensure your guests are well-catered for.
5. How many courses do you offer, and what is the pricing?
I can design a menu with 3 to 5 courses or create a shared platter-style menu. Pricing per guest depends on:

Yes! I offer both styles. Individual plating provides an elegant dining experience, while shared platters foster a warm, social atmosphere.

You’ll need to arrange:
Plates, cutlery, and glassware for your guests.
Drinks and beverages (if needed).
A functional kitchen (including stove, oven, and fridge space) for me to prepare the meal.
9. Will I need to hire additional staff?
For larger groups, extra wait staff may be necessary to ensure smooth service. We’ll discuss this during the planning stage based on the size of your event and chosen menu.
10. Do you travel, and is there a travel fee?
Yes, I can travel to your location. A travel fee may apply for events outside the city or in remote locations, which will be discussed upfront.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days of the event, the deposit may be forfeited.
12. How long does the service take on the event day?
Depending on the menu, I typically arrive 2-3 hours before the event for preparation and will stay until the meal is served and the kitchen is cleaned.
13. How do I make a payment?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer 7 days before the event.
14. What if the guest count changes?
You can make adjustments to the guest count up to 7 days before the event. After that, changes will depend on ingredient orders already made.
15. Can you offer themed or seasonal menus?
Absolutely! I enjoy creating menus tailored to seasonal ingredients, festive holidays, or specific themes.
